





Hiring Administrative Officer/Receptionist (LADY) for a Company in Maldives
Department: Therapy Center
Reporting To: General Manager
Educational Requirements: O level/Relevant Diploma & English Fluency
Nationality: ANY
– Experience 1-2 years relevant experience
– Basic computer knowledge
– Microsoft package fluency
– Remuneration: USD 400-450, MVR2,500 for food allowance
– Accommodation: Will be provided by the employer.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Receive all incoming clients and route them to the proper staff personnel for service
2. Receive all incoming phone calls, screen them, take messages and/or forward to
appropriate staff
3. Receive all incoming email and distribute them to the relevant recipient
4. Handle telephone, email, and face-to-face enquiries received from service clients,
members of the public, and other staff members – Respond to these or redirect to
another staff personnel as required
5. In all communication and receiving visitors (including clients and members of the
public), approaching in a respectful and professional manner and invite them politely,
Welcoming, and helpful manner
6. Ensure that the waiting area/reception is kept tidy
7. Book and confirm appointments on to the relevant IT system and make sure that it is
kept up to date and organized
8. Handle Asanda related entries and ensure that daily entrances are input and that it
tallies with the IT system entries
9. Maintain and coordinate appointments for all health professionals
