• No Service Charge. However, we have a Tips Box and a Performance Bonus Structure to appreciate and reward our team:
• Review Bonus – Based on positive guest feedback and reviews. There is no limit to how much you can earn.
• Employee of the Month – Selected based on overall performance. Receives a $50 bonus.
• Around 70–80% of our customers are tourists, and they often tip well.

Condition :

Candidate cannot leave company before 2 years contract
