Diesel Injection Test Bench Technician (Bosch EPS 625) 

Salary: AED 3,000 – 4,000 per month (All Inclusive)
Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Diesel Injection Technician experienced in operating and maintaining Bosch EPS 625 or similar test benches. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing, diagnosing, calibrating, and repairing diesel fuel injection pumps, injectors, and related components for passenger and commercial vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate Bosch EPS 625 test bench (or equivalent) for testing and calibration of diesel injectors and fuel pumps.
• Diagnose faults in diesel fuel injection systems using appropriate diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Perform repair, assembly, and adjustment of common rail, rotary, and inline injection pumps.
• Ensure precise calibration and correct pressure settings as per manufacturer standards.
• Maintain accurate test reports and service records for each job.
• Conduct routine maintenance of test benches and tools to ensure accurate performance.
• Work closely with mechanical and electrical departments for integrated diagnostics.
• Follow safety standards and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
• Provide feedback and technical input to improve service quality and turnaround time.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 – 4 years of experience in diesel fuel injection systems and test bench operations.
• Hands-on experience with Bosch EPS 625 or equivalent models (Hartridge, Denso, Delphi test benches).
• Strong understanding of diesel injection systems, common rail technology, and calibration procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service bulletins.
• Diploma or Certificate in Automotive Technology / Diesel Mechanics preferred.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and report preparation.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
