Description
Hiring Production Supervisor for a company in KSA
Salary : SAR 3500
- Bachelors degree or Diploma in Biochemistry, Food Science & Technology, Microbiology, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in food and beverage industry, preferably in bottled water production.
- HACCP or ISO 22000(Food Safety Management)
- Manage all production activities including water processing, bottling, labelling and packaging.
- Supervise and train production staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Ensure products meet health, safety, and quality standards (E.g. NAFDAC or ISO)
- Monitor production schedules and implement cost-effective strategies to meet output targets.
- Knowledge of bottling machinery and production software (E.g. ERP systems)
- Manage raw material and packaging inventory to avoid shortages or overstocking.
